Previously he worked as an independent Art Director for Adidas, Apple, FC Barcelona, DC United, NBC Universal, Yokohama, Chevy, Porsche, AMG and Cadillac, producing work all over the world.
Founder of ideas such as HomesStat, a valuation tool designed to make real estate investing simpler; and Urban Construct, a step-by-step real estate investing guide for underserved communities, Derek’s design ethos is to define, simplify and redefine.
His works have appeared during live events such as the 2022 Super Bowl, the NBC Emmy Awards 2016 & 2017, the Golden Globe Awards 2017 & 2018, and the North American International Auto Show. His work has also been featured in publications such as MotorTrend and Sports Business Journal.
